At PRIME Fitness USA, we are dedicated to providing elite-level equipment for your training journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure all items are in original, unused condition and securely packed in their original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location for transport to our quality control center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
